Yoga for All

Treehouse Yoga is a quaint, friendly yoga studio located in the heart of Old Town, Bay St. Louis, MS behind the Mockingbird Café.

Our mission is to offer a safe, compassionate and healing environment for all beings and all bodies.  The foundation of our mission is body, mind and spirit based.  We offer daily classes using the practices of evidence-based yoga and meditation, movement and breathing.  An integral part of our studio is connection and relationship.  We believe in cooperation, non-violence and have witnessed these practices as powerful transformational tools that can and do improve quality of life, wellbeing, health and happiness.

We are celebrating our 12th year in Bay Saint Louis.  Our core teachers are senior Kripalu teachers and former YTT directors from Kripalu Yoga & Health Center in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, the largest yoga center in the United States. Massachusetts.  Rebecca Kronlage and Diana Damelio have a combined teaching experience with thousands of students for over 60 years.

We merged with Loft Yoga (another local yoga studio) in January of 2023. With that merger brought a variety of teachers trained in Vinyasa, as well as Ashtanga, and our offerings have expanded to incorporate a number of different types of Yoga.

We also offer 200 and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training in partnership with Shanti Yoga Training School

Treehouse Yoga has changed my life! I have better balance, feel stronger and more flexible, both in body and in mind.  And, I've met many kind, warm and compassionate people, especially the teachers.
